Delivery Information

Most lighting will be delivered to UK addresses within 3-4 working days. However, please note this NOT guaranteed as delivery times can be affected by weather conditions, industrial disputes or other factors. Therefore you are strongly advised NOT to make any arrangements concerning installation until you have the ordered items to hand as claims for consequential loss will NOT be entertained.

Delivery times are based on normal business days and and time to delivery is calculated from the day after receiving your order, they do not include weekends or public holidays.

We will deliver Free of charge to the UK mainland if your total order comes to £150 or more (before VAT is added). Otherwise its £11.99 for Orders less than £20 and £9.99 on orders less than £150)

We will ship using a carrier that gives the optimum mix of care, handling, cost and speed of delivery. Information about this will be given with the 'Order Shipped' email that we will send you. Please note that ALL orders require a signature on delivery!

If we are out of stock for any particular item we will email with the likely delivery date. You have the option to continue with, or cancel your order at that time. Being an online business, we do not have a retail store or customer counter. Our insurance does not allow us to operate a customer collection facility and all orders will need to be sent by the usual methods.

Delivery Problems

If, upon opening your package, you discover any shortage or damage whatsoever, please call or email us immediately. We need to make insurance claims as soon as possible after delivery and we regret that we will not be able to pursue claims for damage in transit or shortage after more than 7 days have elapsed.

Please do not order unless you are going to be available to receive and sign for your delivery. Deliveries take place between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. If you are not at home when your delivery is attempted, you will receive a card providing contact details of the Post Office or delivery company. In such circumstances, please contact them to make arrangements for re-delivery or collection.

Items that are undelivered for 4 working days will be returned to us. An additional delivery charge will be required before the item can be re-delivered. We do not refund shipping costs for non-delivery unless it is due to our fault or the fault of the shipping company.
