How long is delivery (UK) ?
Shipping of One Light products. Delivery is on Tuesday every week (unless it was a Bank Holiday the previous day).
Order by 12 noon Wednesday for a following Tuesday delivery.
If you Order after this time your Order will be delivered on the 2nd Tuesday! (unless we have it here in the UK at the warehouse in Hoddesdon)
Shipping of SLV products Delivery will be 4 - 5 working days direct from Germany via UPS - this does not include the day of ordering if after 12pm.
Shipping of LEDSC4 Products: Approx 21 days
EU Shipping
EU customers can enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience with all taxes and duties paid at checkout.
1. VAT and duty Inclusive Pricing: For orders under 150€ (excluding shipping and
taxes), all VAT and customs duties are included in the price at checkout. No
additional charges on delivery.
2. Quick Customs Clearance: Orders under 150€ benefit from expedited customs
processing, resulting in faster delivery times..
3. Separate Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated separately and are not
included in the 150€ limit. Please review shipping costs at checkout.
4. Customs Support: If local customs charge any fees upon delivery, please contact

How long is delivery Worldwide ?
As above but plus 2-3 days approx.
The buyer assumes all responsibility for any required documentation, customs clearance or duty on the goods.
Please make sure you know what Duties are payable in your country and if any Certificates are required because these are for your account.
Most other lighting will be delivered to UK addresses within 4-5 working days. However, please note this NOT guaranteed as delivery times can be affected by weather conditions, customs clearance, industrial disputes or other factors. Therefore you are strongly advised NOT to make any arrangements concerning installation until you have the ordered items to hand as claims for consequential loss will NOT be entertained.
Delivery times are based on normal business days and and time to delivery is calculated from the day after receiving your order, they do not include weekends or public holidays.
